Nominee Company

Most clients avail themselves of our discretionary portfolio management service. Where, however, a power of attorney cannot be further delegated, we can act on an advisory basis.

Part of the discretionary portfolio management service is the nominee company, Lacomp Nominees Ltd. Technically a wholly owned subsidiary of Lacomp plc, the nominee company does not receive any income, nor does it operate any bank accounts. The company's sole purpose is to hold documents of title on behalf of Lacomp plc clients.
