FormFormForm was delighted to have its product “
Sugru” featured on
BBC’s Lunchtime News on 25th September.
The company’s Founder,
Jane ní Dhulchaointigh, had been invited by materials expert
Chris Lefteri to appear in
100% Materials, part of
100% Design London 2009, held at Earl's Court over the weekend.
Jane hosted a “Hackwarium”, during which visitors to the exhibition were invited to experiment with pieces of Sugru, using this new silicone material to ‘hack’ (or ‘imagine & create’) uses for it, as well as using it to repair broken household objects. The BBC were on hand to film a short interview with Jane, which was broadcast on the lunchtime news and is available
